Angry Tip Tranny won't shift when cold?

Hello, I have a 2000 Boxster with Tiptronic transmission and lately because its been cold (maybe?)the engine needs to warm up pretty much to operating temp so the tranny can shift normally. If I drive it before that at the first stop 1/4 mile or so the engine will rev up but the car barely moves.Car shifts fine when warm. Now today while cold at the Light I had to rev the engine over 3k to get it to crawl out of the way, after warming (180) when I got on the freeway the RPM went higher than normal so pulled over shut car off and started up again and RPM back to normal. Does the same on Manual, won't move... Any Ideas?
Tranny has about 120k Engine 160k
