I just change out the cluster in my 2001 boxster s, replacing it with a 2002 boxster s cluster. The harness colors were the same, and I am getting failure signals from almost everything except my speedo, odometer, tach, and temp gauge. Even the fuel gauge is sending a failure message. Is there an easy fix?

I don't believe so. You can try to have the cluster coded using a Porsche scan tool.
