I have a 2000 Porsche Boxster S with codes P1128 and P1130. Do I need to replace the O2 sensors? If so, which ones? Thank you much.

These codes are more commonly cause by a faulty mass air flow sensor.

– Incorrect signal from MAF sensor
– Intake air system leaking
– Fuel pressure too low
– Volume supply of fuel pump too low
– Fuel injectors fouled
– Exhaust system leaking

On my 2000S I had similar issues with CEL/fault codes about knock and 02 sensors. Also right bank rough running. One was also about a faulty heater on the O2 sensor. But overall the car seemed to run OK. It turned out the clamps on the intake manifold rubber boots were loose causing a vacuum leak. Once tightened the car idled better and had better smoother acceleration.
