top stuck up, does not budge....

This morning I came outside to my 2006 boxster with convertible boot up, top still latched, and lights on. I have no idea how it got in this condition- gremlins? On top of this, it rained when I was out on my bike for coffee, so the inside got wet

The top won't go up/down, rear trunk won't open, and dash is showing "failure spoiler control".

Are there fuses / relays for the convertible top motors, if so which? Should I address the 3 problems (top, spoiler, trunk) separately or holistically? Suggestions on how to proceed?
