300/present trouble code

[FRS]

I am getting the following codes after replacing the cross engine water pipe and replacing the vacuum unit.
The battery was disconnected for this work.


300/present - Exhaust camshaft sensor, electrical short to B+
2C58/present - Charging pressure control: Switch-off as consequence.

I have checked the wires from the cam shaft sensors - no shorts
Switched sensors cleared codes problem returns.
both cam shaft sensors were replace last month while fixing a VANOS issue.
Any help would appreciated.
