ive a mini on a2001,my power steering pump just went on a very sharp narrow bend i ended up in the fields causing damage to my car which i have had repaired, im disabled and cant afford the pump, plz can you confirm if they they are recalling as this was our second pump,i just cant afford as this is my only transport my wife wont touch the car and i cant get around plz can you help, many thanks

MINI has extended the Power Steering Pump warranty on 2002 - 2005 Models to 13 years or 150,000 miles. Models with production dates from Nov 2001 - Feb 2005 are covered. The part was updated from Feb 2005.
