Hi again my alternator is with an electrician who says the brushes and bearings are worn but it tested just fine on the bench but now he says it could be the regulator if the brushes aren't the problem, we looked at the fuses and there fine iam starting to think its not the alternator at all i dont know what to do thanks jo jo

Ask him to test the alternator with the regulator attached.
