Hi - I just bought a new steering pump, fan and o-ring through Pelican Parts parts. A local mechanic in my small town installed it. The steering is still stiff in places. I double-checked and they used the right fluid. Any ideas on what to do now?

Could be binding steering components. Have your mechanic inspect the steering rack and ball joints.
