2006 Cooper S stalled while stopped at idle on the highway. Car wouldn't restart for about 10 minutes. Did some searching online and someone with the same problem said their issue was the "main electrical relay was overheating causing the fuel pump to cut off. Replacing the relay solved the problem." Does this sound like a plausible problem/solution? Thank you.

I see quite a few fuel pumps fail. I would perform a fuel delivery system test. Check fuel pressure, volume and quality.
