Hello there i have a 2002 minicooper the rigth axel brokei replaced it and it broke again is this the arm that is bent? A mechanic replaced it and my mini is sitting there im stuck help please

I couldn't say what exactly is wrong without seeing the vehicle. You could have damaged suspension of a bad mount. Look at the axle alignment, compare it to the other side.
