I have a 2007 R56 mini Cooper S. It is turbo charged. It is mentioned about putting the radiator in to the service position? Can you explain.

This means moving the front bumper and radiator support forward to make room to access the engine. I would grab a repair manual. It will have the procedure, special tools and torque specs.
