Hi, my daughters 2002 Mini non S has the OEM ipod interface.
It worked for her iphone 4. she was able to control the music via the sterring wheel controls. When she got her iPhone 5, we tried various 4 30 pin to 5 lightning adapters, but none worked. I tore into the glove box today and pulled out the interface module 65110406349 and the cable 65110393656 , hoping the cable would be connected via a USB cable, but it isn't. the cable has a round 8 pin mini din style connector. I am surprised nobody makes a replacement cable with a lightning connector. __________________ This post was auto-generated based upon a question asked on our tech article page here: |
