Excellent instructions and colour photos with which I would not have attempted this repair, however a word of warning if your thinking of taking any shortcuts on the instructions, when I removed the glass which I did without removing the top door rubber trim the lower half which never sees the light of day was filthy and gritty,I cleaned this before reinstalling but the grit was already in the trim and as a result it has scratched the glass quite badly.so I now need a new or salvage door glass and a good hose out on the rubber, who said you can only cut glass with a diamond ?.

Glass can be scratched with metal, sand, or sometimes the wrong ice scraper.
