R53 JCW GP Underbody Panel Upgrade!

A great aero dynamic upgrade for all you R50 and R53 non-GP guys is the factory underbody panels that come on the GP models. This can work for the R52 as well, with slight modification needed. For those of you interested in adding this upgrade, I've listed all that is needed to purchase this for your gen 1 MINI below.

You will need the following hardware below:

#5 Left bracket (1) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#5 Right bracket (1) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#4 c-clip nut (2) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#7 hex bolt (6) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#8 expanding rivet (8) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#9 hex nut (4) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#10 washer (2) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories
#11 cap nut (18) - Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories

A lot of R53 owners would use and modify the R56 underbody panels due to cost difference, but that is no longer needed as both the R53 and R56 panels are the same price. So why not buy the ones that fit your first gen without the need to modify them. Let me know if anyone has any questions!
