Gear slipping in transmission what does it mean? How i can fix it? Its mini cooper s convertible 2006 automatic RPM reach to 3 but the speed everytime im looking 50,60,70 when i accelerate it more it become noisy

This could be a slip caused by low fluid or low pressure. This would mean an internal seal or clutch is worn. A rebuild may be needed.
