My 2008 standard mini cooling fan does not run at idle and ac is blowing warm. I checked the fuses/relays and it shows spots for two relays and there is only one plugged into the the low speed. There is nothing plugged into the high speed spot.

I would double check that your vehicle has two relays and replace the missing one. Give The Pelican Parts parts specialists a call at 1-888-280-7799. They can figure out what part or repair kit you need.
