Which part would be suspect is only the satellite is not functioning? Constantly says "acquiring..." but will sometimes pick up while on a high bridge or overpass.
Also, can you give more guidance on "MINI scan tool"? The sat antenna is on the roof, part of the antenna base. Give The Pelican Parts parts specialists a call at 1-888-280-7799. They can figure out what part or repair kit you need.
