I recently changed the clutch and fly wheel on my 2007 Mini Cooper S. Since the clutch change, I am not getting appropriate turbo boost. I did remove the computer from the car. My question is, Do I have to reprogram/re-tune the computer, and also is there an index mark on the fly wheel, that could be in the wrong position, causing it not to run correctly? Also the amber check engine light comes on, but code reader says no codes found. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should not have to program anything. The issue may be a loose duct or line to the turbo.
