would a dtml cause low fuel pressure change sending unit for fuel filter car started ran then put into drive car dies when bypassing the hose to vapor canister and starting fluid car runs. I have low fuel pressure any help car is a 06 mini cooper non supercharge

No it would not. Likely a faulty fuel pump or voltage supply to pump.
