A $4M barn find...

A 427 Cobra and an alloy-bodied Ferrari 275 GTB are among a group of cars locked away untouched in a garage for nearly 30 years.

I'd rather have the Ferrari, 8 ways from Sunday. But I'm not a Cobra guy.

Truly Amazing!

And probably the best Video on Youtube right now!

The multiple serial numbers on the Cobra give us some idea of what the "used" car market was like at the time.

The Ferrari is pretty but long term the Cobra will do better.

I have been a Shelby Cobra fan for 40 years now, and this would have sent me over the top. I don't think I would have been able to narrate without going misty if I had been the one finding those cars. Amazing.

I made some tailored car covers for a guy who asked me to come out to his OK but not fantastic house in a small village. In his garage were an immaculate genuine 289 Cobra and a superb genuine GT40.
Anther time I drove out to the coast to knowing I was to measure a Lamborghini Countach. The small house was not in good condition, but in his large garage on blocks
was a mint early Countach.
Surprising what people have stashed away.

As a Cobra guy and old Ferrari guy it would be exciting to find, but I prefer to drive a replica so if I crash it there is no big loss. Kirkham makes a very good replica for the Cobra. Not much out there for the Ferrari. I would hate to own a car I could not drive.
