what's your pelican WHIP?
there are some obscene post count numbers here to be sure.. as I was clicking around today n I visited my profile page. not much needed updating but I always like looking over the last 10 visitors my page. you creepy fuchs!
I actually noticed there was a count as to how many members had visited my profile since inception. my number was less than my post count, but it was close. I wonder if this can be used to find your true effectiveness here in the pelican community? kinda like the new(ish) sports stats like the WHIP or OPS in baseball, the quarterback rating, or the infamous "wins beyond replacement???" WTF is that? so would we call dividing number of visits to your profile site by number of posts your WHIP? could it reveal who stirs the pot, and who is "winless & not beyond replacement"? ill start, my profile was visited 6192 times, this should be my 8631 post.. my pelican rating is .717.... visit my profile to confirm the numbers, but in doing so I get a better pelican WHIP... post your WHIP numbers...

You're assuming your profile was visited by actual people, instead of other bot computers clicking away.
I have 13,944 profile views and 10, 616 posts so I'm batting 1.313!

it could also be worth a chuckle to visit to a member's profile and post they's WHIP....
someone should have come up with this before me.... you guys must be thrilled I'm back into aircooled 911s after a year off...

I think I've actually looked at someone's profile on purpose a handful of times, but I've fat fingered a few thosand...much worse in recent years on a phone, and I CAN actually type on a real keyboard...don't correct a lot of obvious errors either

I'm going to guess that the "views" number is a function of "time logged in."
When you're logged in, a hotlink of your user name appears at the bottom of the forum you are logged into and bot computers noodling around on the forum click on your username. For example, if RED-BEARD has a habit of logging in-out just to make posts, then that would be reflected in his high post count, low views. If John Walker logs in at work for a lot of the day but only posts here and there, he would have a huge view count and a smaller post count.
