Anything and everything has a value to someone out there. Once I got into sailboat racing, I decided to start collecting decades ago every America's Cup Official Program I could get my hands on. Some very rare (Old newsprint articles to beautiful glossy magazine type publications). I mean, who would want that stuff?! Well, their is value to a collector no matter what the subject matter is.....so, if you decide to sell, their is a number of outlets to go to, especially, good old Ebay. We love to throw stuff away only to realize someone else would pay to have it.

I would rather donate then throw away. That young mechanic who just opened up an independent Porsche repair shop would be blown away if you walked into his shop and said, "here, plaster these on your walls". Ah, but do not forget to get some receipt on his letterhead to get the write off!!

Lucky you if your local indy p-car shop is a registered charity

I started by putting it in a prior home’s mailbox now kept in the garage. It’s spread a bit to a part of another shelf.

We just moved - 3 miles west to a neighboring city. I'm embarrassed how much stuff we saved.

I am a fairly sentimental person, but when it came down to it, I just photographed it and tossed most of t.
