Behold the wonder fridge
As we've discussed, I'm gradually converting my kitchen to commercial appliances. The first was the fridge, a True. My wife complained mightily about the lack of door bins and the deep shelves where she can't find anything. I can't do anything about the door bins but I did use some scrap wood to help with the deep shelves. That proof of concept worked, so I got some 3/16 acrylic and made version 2.

That looks GREAT!
To finish that off, how about some square aluminum channel on the raw edges?

Did you research the energy consumption? My neighbor in SF went that route. He started with the stove. He had to light the stove with a match because the pilo light(s) was so robust it jacked up his pg&e bill.
He thought he had a leak or a bad meter. The gas-man took one look at his stove.......
