TENERIFE, Spain (KMOV.com) --Emergency room doctors see it all.

A British woman went to the emergency room near Tenerife, an island in Spain, where a doctor found a dead turtle in her vagina, according to El País.

Due to the shocking discovery, the doctor called the police who say the 26-year-old woman partied the night before and could not recall what took place that night.

Police suspect the woman could be a victim of sexual assault.

According to El País, police have closed the case since the woman has not filed a complaint.
