The older john deere's were much more robust. Make sure to adjust level left/right and front to back... front of blade should be about 1/8" lower than back.. and level left to right.

Who ever designed that G110 mower deck sucks....nary a one of the three grease gun fittings I have would fit over the zerks due to how the spindles are recessed into the deck. I tried my "slide on" at a right angle type too....nogo. I have a smalller 6" hose extension that might "give" a little more...one more try! The spindles seem to be in great shape...
