That AT4 package in the GMC works for me.

I've said set up lasers for the strike zone, etc., and like overturning obvious human screwups by refs.....within reason. There is NO flow of the game in TV games...especially these big games. Give a "guy" 30 seconds to review every play...overturn/call the obvious....totally "for the good of the game"... it'll still be wrong....and I don't care :)

I just like great football games played (but not reffed) at a VERY high level....I saw two of 'em.

This isn’t the first missed call that cost a win. Is it? Its all they talk about. I called it out loud when it happened. And I don’t know football.

Tennis has a challenge system where computers track the ball.
NHL has a challenge system for off sides, goalie interference. They review hi def camera videos.
Why not the same in the NFL?

How much money is bet on pro football? How much money does a referee make? What was the question?

The question is does any of it matter as long as the money gets to the owners bank account.

I find it odd that the ref in the area. Ump or back judge or whoever was closest hasn’t been mentioned in the media. Although the white hat is the ultimate one in charge. Someone not named is primarily responsible.

The only comment I have seen was right after the game. He stated that he hadn’t yet seen the replay. No further comment beyond that. The fine that was assessed was for the helmet contact. Supposedly.

The Ram that got tagged should appeal it as no flag was thrown for that either.

Hopefully a sportswriter with some balls will jump on Goodells balls during super Bowl interviews.

The worst part about it is the defender was rewarded for lousy football. If he just turned around and played the ball he probably could have intercepted it and run it back for a TD. Instead, he made a bonehead play and was rewarded for it.

The guy is 5'8 and 160 lbs.....

The worst part is the Saints had plenty of opportunities to win the game after the call, including getting the ball first in OT and they blew it. Drew Breez is having fun with his family now and not thinking about the game or his OT INT while us wanks are sobbing over it.
