Yeah, I've been doing the dog thing too. I love it.

But I've also been doing stretches. It took months to be able to get "as stretchy" as I am so I don't want to lose it. Darn I've probably lost my ability to do pull ups and I may not get that back at my age.

I chase a 3 and 5 year old around a couple hours a day.
Family hike every evening after dinner.
Lots of dirt biking, 4 wheeling and dune buggying.
Spinning lots of wrenches.
Weight lifting is a thing of the past.
Need to start stretching again.

I have been doing a bit more miles on my bike for the past 4 weeks. I an at 200 miles a week so far and its not a leisurely ride, that's for sure.

Monday - 30 miles, flat mostly
Tuesday - 50 miles with 900 feet of climbing
Wed - Easy 30 miles
Thu - 50, same as Tue
Friday - do nothing, beauty sleep day
SAturday - 50, same as Tue or Thu. This past saturday, we did 70+. My ass was kicked by these guys.

Sit in front of computer for 10-12 hours straight on Zoom meetings while drinking 8 cups of black coffee. Open bottle of wine and drink. Eat spicy food and wash down with bourbon to ensure massive reflux. 7 hours of worry ridden sleep. Repeat.

Walk dog 2.5 to 3 miles daily with the Mrs.

Look will appreciate this:
On road bike, ride 25 to 35 miles every other day and climb each time between 500 and 1000 feet. Every other day off and do stretching. Ready to start Mtn biking again.

Do two hours of yard work 5 days a week since we have an acre mostly in gardens.

Have lost 10 lbs since March.

Jog 3-4 times a week, bike 2-3 times a week. Some body weight exercises including pull up bar.

The shelter in place has been good for my jogging. I don't bike commute right now, so I can jog more.

I've been working out at the local middle school track to get outside. Usually run 3-4 miles slow 10 min pace and once a week work in some faster 400/800/mile intervals at 8 min pace sometimes faster depending on how I feel. Next is strength training with resistance bands and bodyweight on the bleachers-pushups, dips, assisted pullups, step ups. Do a full body resistance band workout squats, shoulder press, row, tri extension, curls. Also be sure to stretch for 15 mins. Feel great afterwards I don't do anything too hard that I cant repeat the next day. I do this workout 4-5x/week.

19 miles and 85 feet elevation. 0.09% grade, man alive the gulf coast is some flat terrain. I bet if you stood on top of your truck you could see Dallas.
