It depends what sports you want to watch. I use a VPN to be in whatever city I need to be. Then, launch Sling and watch that "local" NFL game.

Today I added the AirTV box to my Sling, I moved my outdoor antenna into the attic on the 'better' side of the house. Got 57 Channels!!

Yes, 10 I will watch, Maybe. but it looks great and it just shows up right in the list with my "blue" package. So basically I'm around 100 channels for $25.

You get a $25 credit towards your Sling service (new or existing) when you buy the AirTV box.

Add your own USB drive for instant DVR. I really like it!

I have been looking at Tablo, looks about the same as Air TV?

Problem being there is a big hill between my house and all the TV station transmitting antennas... I suppose I could get a HDTV antenna, hook it up to a monitor to see what (if any) digital channels I get.

I think it’s the same, but I really like sling so the integration factor is really nice.
