Two good beers merge. I hope they continue both lines. It is nice to see the small American breweries growing. Prohibition just decimated American beer making. It is finally coming back. It is nice for me in that in Oklahoma I can finally buy any beer available to the distributors cold from my local gas station.

I still have my local place order me Erdinger Dunkle when it is available. In my opinion the perfect beer, except it is rather expensive, so I limit my purchase of it. I have yet to find a craft brew or any other beer as good as the Erdinger. I like lagers, and don't care that much for IPAs.

For mowing the yard, or just after mowing the yard really, it is hard to beat the cheap old Bud Light. Cool off and sip a Bud.

If I just finished a difficult project working on my cars, the Erdinger is perfect.

Just my opinion, yours may be different, and I can't help that you are wrong.

My first thought was please, please, don't touch 60 min.

I hope this is good for both brands.

It is better to see a merger of domestic craft brews than another takeover by an international conglomerate.

The 60 is one of my favorites. They make a lot of really good IPA's.

I have about 12 120's aging in the fridge with a 4 pack of World Wide. Some of them are closing in on 2 years old, the rest are almost 1 years old.

I am bummed by this, I hope Sam can leave the DogfishHead brand alone and not mess with it.

BTW Glen, my brother makes a pretty damn good Dunkel. I tend to stay more in the Porter, Scottish Ale and my lawnmower beer Kolsch..
