Darwin visits Louisiana

Man, what a waste of a perfectly good Chevy Cruze.

165 feet? Good grief. I'd ask what were they thinking but clearly that particular process eluded them.

Had to be drugs as they weren’t old enough to watch The Dukes of Hazard as kids.

A Mustang would have done it and gone back to do it again.
Life can be cruel but it is more cruel when you are stupid.

It's only Darwin if he got them before they could reproduce. Actually, even that is not what Darwin's theory concerns but I don't want to spoil the fun.

It's dangerous being stupid.

But, but it works in video games...

I’ve seen a lot of instances where millennials think that video games are simulators of real life. They think the physics of video games transfer to real life.

From the article.

2016 Chevrolet Cruze stopped at the bridge
One has to wonder what they were thinking.

Quote:
The driver put the car in reverse, stopped then raced up the ramp but the car landed in the water. It sank to the bottom with the driver, 23-year-old Alejandro Cazares of McAllen, Texas, in it. The other man -- 32-year-old Roberto Alejandro Moreno of Edinburg, Texas -- got out of the car but died in the river.

Investigators are working to determine whether alcohol or drugs were a factor.
Driver was 32 years old, that's not some 17 year old, dang they were stupid.

It's a shame that Cruze was destroyed - said no one ever.

It was obvious they needed more of a running start. I could have made that jump. You just have to get her up to 88 mph.
