Who makes you laugh?
Some people just make me laugh--in a good way. I have a friend I've known for years. We don't get together that often, but when we do, we just laugh all the time. He's just a brilliant guy, and the way he phrases things is just hilarious. A precious thing in my life. Years ago I played in a band with a guy who was the same way. Just personal chemistry.
Always good to hang with people who do that. |

My daughter comes up with some hilarious stuff.
The pros I enjoy are Pryor, Burr, Emo and several others. I like the comment about phrasing, that really does make a difference.

I've a few friends who are like those described above. It's really healthy to have a good loud laugh. An Italian friend of mine is so funny I almost run out of air laughing so much.

Good freinds of ours that we go camping with on many occasions. He and I have the same sick, twisted sense of humor, while the wives pretend to be virtuous, but failing miserably. We usually have a drink of choice in our hands , and a sharp sense of humor, so things devolve quickly.

I'm continually amused at how "regular people" can come up with memes that'll double me over laughing... good ol' kermit memes are some of the best. Some of the responses people make deliver the final blow like in the second and third ones here.

I used to work for a company that provided service for the Oil and Gas industry. It did service all over the world, but of course, being in Houston, a lot of the folks that our location worked the most closely with were in the Gulf of Mexico and based out of Louisiana. A lot of the guys from Louisiana were really funny, quick, sharp witted and with a really great delivery.
Now I work with a Russian that's also hilarious with a super dry, but great sense of humor. As far as pros go, there are lots of funny ones. Some people think I am funny, but it's hit and miss. If I could be successful at making people laugh for a living, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

I am the only one who can really make myself laugh.
other people make me chuckle once in a while, but no one is hilarious to me like I am.
