Has this been brought up? I visit a few forums and have seen some great sig lines along with a lot of stupid ones. The best one recently was:

I'm a software developer and I give a similar line when asked if I can do something. I generally say: "Given unlimited time and money, I can make the software do anything." It's then that I learn about the constraints I will be operating under.

Another related one I will throw out is: "Time....cost....quality....you can pick two."
