This should come as a surprise to exactly nobody. While I understand that those in the situation are not in a frame of mind that would lend itself to considering the implications of "proper" dosages, it doesn't take long to begin building a tolerance to the drugs which only makes the issue a bigger set-up for disaster accelerating the spiral down the drain.

I don't see the issue getting better any time soon.
