Apparently Matt Lauer wasn't the only one at NBC pinching derriere's. Lots of women complained about him, Andy Lack and others. Unwanted advances, exposing themselves, etc, sounds like an Animal House environment.
Megyn Kelly was interviewed yesterday, she left NBC a year ago. She said Andy Lack and Noah Oppenheim claimed there were no lawsuits settled for sexual harassment but NBC would payout an "Enhanced Severance Package", sometimes in seven figures to get around the harassment settlements. She brought up a good point, let an outside investigator come in and drop all the "non disclosure" agreements and find out if they really were that squeaky clean.

I'd bet all the major news networks have "issues" like this.
Generally attractive people being away from home presents opportunities for stupid behaviour.
