It’s a good story, too.

I would love one of the newer Huracan’s but even they are at insane prices, the Aventador is even more insane. Been tracking pricing since the Gallardo and they all hold their value well.
The Lambo dealer has a nice F430 for a good price and it caught my eye hard. My tastes seen to be swinging like a pendulum these days ![]()

Kidston, fantastic
Glen, I have to disagree most vehemently. Balboni and Merzario were perfect. Knocking over the sign, which of course never touched that Daytona, sitting on his hat, the flames coming out of the Miura's tailpipe, the spaghetti western soundtrack, everything.

That would be my daughters favorite. Boy likes the Pesto something one off car and the Huracan.

Fun little video. I especially enjoyed the first segment, showing how useless a supercar is in big city traffic, not getting from point a to b any faster than a moped. Boy, that girl was gorgeous... (edit) In a bit, I'll be making my usual run to Salem in a Mustang that'll be parked behind my favorite pool hall. Knowing this route, I'd be making a good guess to say that a Maserati driver would be just as held up by traffic as I will be...but I'll be more comfortable.

Part three of Harry Metcalfe’s Espada engine rebuild is now available on YouTube. Worth a watch.

1968? I was desperately hoping that my parents would meet in another 6 years.

I remember going to the country club every weekend, in the late 60's and early 70's, to spend the day and walking from the parking lot to the clubhouse past a bunch of these cars. It made such an impression on me that when my family took a vacation through Europe in 1971, one of the stops had to be the Lambo factory.

Got this in a Hagerty email today. Couldn't agree more RE: analog cars. While I have a newfound appreciation for 996 C4Ss, my sense is I will always be an air-cooled guy. Only reason to buy a 996+ is to drive in the winter IMHO.

I'm just watching a video on Lambo's "Ultimate Factory" - the CEO says they plan to always be the bad boy of super cars...
I'd prefer an RS60 in CF that weighs less than an Elan, smaller than a Bugeyed Sprite to complement my 911. I could handle a Cayman for trips and as a parts runner... |

That car really gets around! Particular lesson, indeed. Study French, kids.. & this story could be yours. ps. If you get a speeding ticket in France expect to pay , in cash on the spot, can easily clean your wallet.
