2019 Christmas Gift Exchange ?????

Those of you that have been around on this forum a few years know of the gift exchange that was run annually. Is there interest in participating in one this year? I'll volunteer to run it if I've got at least 20 folks interested. Reply to this thread and let me know - no PMs for this request please.

Note - Due to shipping costs across the border and far distances, if someone wants to participate from Canada - I'll need at least one other from the great north, and if someone in that great 50th state of the union wants to participate - I'll need another participant from there as well.

Note - edited - removed my statement that it wasn't run last year - as I "distinctly" remember it wasn't. I've been corrected though.

Christmas is not all about what you get, spending time with family is also important, playing games and being together and teaching our kids that. Still I want to give my son ride on battery powered car Hope he enjoys it as well as out time spent together

That is strange - I "definitely" remembered NOT running it!

All is indeed well...your post is the spirit we should all take into the XMAS exchange, if folks are willing.

The exchange was significant at one time...should be again. I can turn my head and look at the coolest gift I have ever received.

Even my family went, "dayum" at Christmas that year!

Thanks, Rikao, my Brother.

I'm in and I'll add my 2 cents:

Don't need a lot of rules about price, etc, let us decide what we want to give. I've sent personalized, engraved pen box sets with the recipients name and drawing of a Porsche. All loved them, but it was not in accordance with the rules.

Let us maybe pick who we want to send a gift to? I have a lot of respect for certain members here and would like to thank them in some small way.....

Thanks for doing this Mark....

The squirrel

Ok every year we in the exchange kid about who is going to get the squirrel. I have yet to relinquish custody of this fine bit of taxidermy until now. This year, someone WILL get the squirrel, but under one condition........ you must pass it on in the subsequent Christmas exchanges. The being said and all of us in agreement............
