Lamb Stew Recipe
saw this old recipe and was wondering if anybody has tried it:
Meat is used Prepare water Add fine-grained salt, dried barley cakes, onion, Persian shallot, and milk Crush and add leek and garlic |

Not fond of used meat, even in stew.
Water is easy to prepare. It comes ready to use unless you get dehydrated water, then you have to add water. Fine grained salt is just coarse salt that has been asalted. Dried barley cakes - available in the tire department of any Walmart. Can’t wait to try this.

Freeze those leftover chicken bones in a tight ziplock.
Simmer them on low 4-8 hrs. Remove bones promptly and freeze after cooling down. Enjoy the best soup stock you ever tasted. |

Here in the South, many prefer a good Himalayin stew. Can be anything from deer to squirrel to raccoon, and a result of

A while back, instead of sandwiches, the GF roasted a lamb's leg or whatever experimentally. The aroma was heavenly all day long. So at dinnertime we opened some wine and got ready to dine.
Mm mm, honngry! Both of us; not just me and not just her but both of us almost hurled. So God awful it made us wonder if it's supposed to taste like that. It was so bad I don't believe even a coyote woulda ett it. |
