Cheap Ferraris on BaT

I follow all Porsche, Ferrari, Datsun and Lancia (for Fulvias) on BaT and have seen a lot of "cheap" Ferraris in the last several months. Sure, they are the typical unloved Mondials and GT4s, but both have grown on me. Would love a Mondial cab someday for day trips to NH, VT and ME.

Can't believe the price on this one. Yes I know a cheap Ferrari is the most expensive one you can buy, but the allure is overwhelming.

LOL, yeah Todd, sort of. They are a lot like Panameras, you have to only look at them from the front. Then they are beautiful. Mondials are too long in the waist, that's the problem. But I really like the front end. If you could chop the rear seats out, the proportions would work beautifully.

I like them bigs as they are.

Heide and Frannys Garage talk about maintenance costs of the 308 QV. Guessing there would be some crossover. A non-DIY owner not well heeled enough for the spend would be sent into a tailspin.

Seems like the most expensive car you could buy would be a cheap Ferrari.

Love the GT4. One of my favorite cars. I follow on BAT also. Kick myself for not buying when they were $18k but I think at an avg of $40k now they are still a steal

This vid changed how I feel about the Mondial....don’t care for it in a cab but as a coup they can be nice looking

I don't like the wheels at all but this Mondial with the black sail panel looks great.

Thankfully, Mondials use mostly AC Delco parts and have TONS of aftermarket support, so they are cheap to maintain.
