As a Virginian, my heart swelled with pride when I saw this plate.
Then someone mentioned "Crtl" I figured someone else had taken CRD CTRL, so the posted mustang must have taken "CRD CRTL" as a clever sloppy second. Went to the VA DMV website- no dice. "CRD CTRL" is NOT taken!!!! Unless CRD CTRL was taken, and not renewed, CRD CRTL was intended.  Still funny though! edit- The car might be from far South West Va.
