Card Cartel? Crowd Control? The car itself? Should add hood pins. The more open tube grills have caused hood flutter at higher speeds. Also, for safety reasons, I don't like the darkened headlights or tail lights.

I think CRWD CTRL may have been the easier read.

CRTL makes no sense to me.

I thought it mean Credit Control. Meaning no more credit as all the money has been spent on the car.
