We did a lot of preliminary work with a Japanese motorcycle manufacturer on a ducted fan feasibility study: A flying motorcycle.

Not hard to do engineering-wise, impossible from a product liability standpoint. The entire flying car/motorcycle notion is great and doable, right up until the first controlled flight into terrain accident.

Imagine a flying motorcycle So did the manufacturer and they decided to cancel the program, at least for now.
