I am relocating from Hawaii to Phoenix for work and have decided at the last minute to ship my car. It will arrive in Phoenix next week.
As I was on the way to ship the car from Hawaii another car ran into mine and mangled the front right fender, bumper and hood. The other driver took full responsibility and was well insured. So I need some recommendations for a good shop in the Phoenix Scottsdale area for repair. I don’t have an address yet. |

For body work, take it to Rolling Art Motorsports in Scottsdale. They aren’t cheap but they do concours winning work. A friend of mine paints there and I’ve seen him out down cleaner paint in his garage than most shops put out the door of their paint booth.
For engine work, check out Don Jackson Enterprises. Old school Porsche shop that does good honest work. |

And if you have a turbo.... see Chris. Or go see him anyway just to check all the beasts in his shop.

Also check out Patrick Motorsports. He moved to a new location a couple years ago, 30 years in business in all things Porsche.
If time and money were not a concern, I'd certainly start there. Check out others, for sure, but don't skip Patrick. https://patrickmotorsports.com/

Well you have a big change ahead of you Brother! Prepare to have all of that island moisture sucked right out of your skin.
I'm hoping the repairs go well for you. Bringing my SC over with me was one of the best moves possible. I found a whole new level of driving fun there in Az. Plan on getting up to the Prescott area for some fun mountain drives. There is a newly formed PCA group up there. Good luck in your move, the mainland offers so much to see and do. Cheers Richard |

Thanks for the responses! It’s good to know there are options.
Richard, I’m already drying out. I (we) needed a change. I will miss a lot about the islands. |
