My hope is he is killed in prison. He's not quite human. We really don't need trash like this, even in prison, on the planet.

third degree rape, and sexual conduct (For giving head).
I don't like the guy, but that's all they got on him after all this. Bill consent in a can Cosby did worse.

He will be diagnosed with a very expensive medical condition, and his lawyer will ask for house arrest.

No doubt, he is a low life POS. There was a recent case where a drunk driver killed a family and he only got 8 years and likely will only serve 4. So killing a family is less punishment than non-consensual sex with several women. Maybe if he was a street rapist and brutalized the women and beat them.
Zero doubt, he needs to spend years in prison, but I don't think he should get more punishment that a repeat drunk driver that kills a family. I do hop Big Bubba teaches him all about rape in prison.

So he gets convicted for some of the lesser things he's probably done and everyone is happy now. Justice served, move on. He was probably guilty of 'rape' at some points in time with some women who either kept quiet, got paid, added themselves to the list of wanting financial compensation for a criminal act, or spoke out and were finally able to do the right thing many years later. Libel laws are powerful and attorneys aka right to pursue fair justice in the legal system are very expensive.
But the situation is an entire grey area. Let's examine the facts. He wasn't some lone example. He was well known and well liked in many of the elite circles going to the top. For decades and decades. And he is definitly still not the lone culprit in the industry. Everyone knew or suspected what was and still is going on. Hollywood financial accounting is also an untouchable subject. There are many many thousands of tired bartenders/baristas/porn actors who have experienced the game. Only those who are willing to pay off the right agents and attend the right parties make it to the top. There has been been a culture of, shall we say, debauchery in Hollywood going back a century and mainly controlled by a select network of inter-supporting vested individuals. Everyone looses when the system falls. Hollywood is a dynamic place where everything happens behind the scenes, incredible competition with the highs and lows, boom or bust, and personal connections and trade-offs are the modus operundi. There isn't any kind of standardized test which determines one's job opportunities or multi-million dollar paydays. It's all in personal connections and a lot of networking and time. A two minute phone call makes-and-breaks careers just like that Did most of those actresses willingly travel to hotel rooms late at night expecting to talk to the very top boss about a problem on the set which needed to get fixed? No. They were adults and made choices knowing what was implied. But the real question should be about the entire structure of the industry and the hiring process with fraternization between bosses and employees. Any time there is inter-mingling there is the potential for 'unfair' advantages to those willing to trade favors for opportunities.

There was a recent case of a woman driver killing a teenager by driving in the wrong side of the road . She got away Scot free because of you Govmt. It may be time to ban all US citizens from driving in the UK so it can't happen again.

@john70t: well said but HW obviously crossed the line. There's the system and then there's abusing the system. You are correct about the huge gray area that spans the majority of what you call "the game." It isn't just Hollywood either. I would have to agree with you that the entertainment industry is off to the side in its own niche. That would lay the path to expose the 'debauchery' that might seem unique to that culture. Expand this across all walks of life and we will be forever in courts.

The FBI and NYPD Tuesday morning raided the Time Square offices of Canadian fashion mogul Peter Nygard as part of a sex-trafficking investigation, officials said.
Nicholas Biase, a spokesman for the US Attorney’s Office in Manhattan, confirmed to The Post that the raid was carried out but would not elaborate or provide details. Looks like Nygaard is next not Placido....

Can't help but wonder if they would have gotten more guilty verdicts if that train wreck Gloria allred wasn't involved.
