I'm hearing a whine at 65mph so I'm thinking i need somebody who can hear to listen and tell where it's coming from...why bother, can't get it fixed anyway.

I ordered some aftermarket suspension parts from Seattle about a week before the shut-down...crickets so far.

Wanted to get a load of wood chips for mulch...nope.

I need new prescription glasses...not anymore! I'll live with the old.

Etc.

I live in a foodie/tourist/beach town with all kinds of beer, wine, BBQ, music and art festivals.

They're being cancelled left and right on a daily basis.

This is gonna hurt.

Can’t pick up The Infamous El Dildorado, the Red Menace after getting a new cold start map at the X-Faktory.

To kill time took the dog for a run and within 5 minutes ran into the first black bear (male) of the season. Fortunately he was too busy to bother with us.

Day 4 of running a day camp for the neighbor. I'm trying to get used to closing the bathroom door all the time. It's harder on MrsWD than on me, as the 3rd floor bathroom was hers and now we are sharing my bathroom. We've always had separate bathrooms. I had no idea how much equipment and how many bottles and tubes of "product" it takes to keep her so beautiful. I hardly have room to put my toothbrush down.
Went out to do a shopping run at 7 this morning. I'm now shopping for 3 people who don't want to go out. First time I've been off the property in a few days. The roads are deserted. Some grocery store shelves were empty, cleaners and paper products were almost gone. I got one of the last 2 bottles of Clorox disinfectant spray. No bread flour or rice and very little pasta. Great deals on meat and lots of beef and chicken in the "reduced for quick sale" cooler. I got a few pounds of each and brought it home to freeze. I got 10 gallons of water at Wal-Mart and the water jug rack was full. Judging from the number of shopping carts in the lot they had been busy earlier. Tractor Supply was like a ghost town. I was the only customer in the lumber yard. It's weird and eerie out there.
