If you find the bread shelf empty, look for bags of flour and yeast. Bread baking isn't rocket science, and there are tons of how to videos on youtube.

I have two freezers full. Three or four Chickens, a turkey, beef roasts, steaks, and stew meat. At least 3 pork butts and 3 or 4 slabs of ribs. Five pounds of ground turkey, pork chops, several pounds of Italian sausage, hot sausage, chorizo, and turkey breakfast sausage. 5 pounds or so of beef meatballs. Three or four quarts of strawberries and the same of blueberries. Eight or ten pints of sweet corn. Eight or so quarts of tomatoes.
In the pantry I still have ten 12oz jars of manwich, a couple quarts of tomatoes left, 4 pints of Blue Lake green beans, a bunch of 8 oz jars of pizza sauce, 6 or 8 pints of spaghetti sauce. Lots of salsa, pickles, ketchup, and condiments. Ten pounds of bread flour and a pound of yeast. Five pounds of masa flour, 10 pounds of sugar, half a gallon of olive oil, etc, etc, etc.
Plus 4 laying hens.

The above pic looked like the grocery store I was in today. Most of the shelves were bare.
I went to 3 stores today including Costco. Not one place had eggs, they were cleaned out. I think eggs is the new item being hoarded.

I have freeze-dried stuff for when it gets bad, and lead for when that runs out.

So far, I haven't had to touch the freeze-dried stuff.

Every state ought to loosen regulations on hunting. Lots of good eating squirrel out there. Plenty of deer too. That's hoarding.

We have 40-50 rolls of TP, 2 fridge/freezers stocked with steaks, scallops, chicken, pork, vegetables, etc.

We have always made it a habit to sit down every Friday night and make a grocery list for the next few weeks meal planning. We only eat out one night a month if that. We were pretty much fully stocked before this virus hit.

I went out today and bought 3 chickens and 2 packs of hamburger and some beer. Picked up tomatoes and potatoes also.

The 30 something yoga pants wearing housewives had shopping carts filled to the brim, doomsday prepping. Frozen pizza was a big seller along with Hamburger Helper, rice, pasta and beans. Lots of ice cream left in the freezers.

Get the runs? I don't think so. They invented MREs in ancient times so they could build the Roman aqueduct and the Collesium. Slaves were fed MREs and shat out cement, a lighter alternative to stone and morter joints.

Pics or it didn't happen. To hell with the signed model releases.
