How to "copy video URL" with picture.

There are a number of videos in posts here and when I go to share some, I right click on them and then click on "copy video URL", and then go paste on an email. The link is the only thing pasted, there is no picture.
This used to work with both, again now only link is showing up.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or has something changed? I'm doing this with my Lenova PC using Windows 10, and Firefox.
Thanks in advance for help.

Bob, on the right click, select, "copy embedded code" if available. Some videos will not have that option.

Do that and then paste in your PP reply.

Took me a bit to figure it out as well....I got my first PC as a wedding gift

You're trying to attach a video to an email for someone outside of the forum..right?
If so...I have the same results. I think it might be the email server problem.
If you get a solution...let us know.

I've done the same as the OP and found that after it's sent (using Gmail here) it shows up in the sent folder with a picture attached of the movie.
Might check your sent folder to see what the message looks like there.

from Seahawks link....

Embedding videos in your emails does not only make them more interesting, they can also drive traffic to your Channel or Website. Unfortunately most email providers don't allow you to add videos to your newsletter in an attractive way - for example, no play buttons that indicate that it's an actual video you're going to click on.

I tried copying the embed code and emailed it, and a thumbnail of the video was sent. This probably doesn't work with everything, as Seahawk said.

Do you have a link to the video?
