Android/Moto phone help...

When using the phone, my screen goes blank/dark.... can't even see who's calling. Just started today and I haven't changed anything, no updates, etc. .....that I know of .

Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks!

My samsung GS9 did that. I think there was a setting for screen timeout I had to change or something to do with the proximity sensor. Shouldn't be hard to find a fix.
You say you didn't change anything. Not even a new case possibly? I did some looking and it looks like a proximity sensor issue.
