I thought it was a gas nozzle that dud the damage, but on my phone, the gas tank lid seems really far back.

Im pretty sure thats a fake picture the chances of that happening would be one in a million. The handle would have to dig in and catch. the tear wouldnt be so jagged. The fuel door would still be on because its hinged at the front. The hose would break off before any of that happend. Those trucks are so wide it wouldnt reach from the other side of the truck. but what do i know

The caption on the pic was "Marcus Winslow with James Dean on the Winslow farm in Indiana. James Dean grew up there after his mother died. Marcus still lives there, he is 76."
