Rennline Inc., located in Milton VT has 2 positions open:

One is a Tech Support role, and another is the Tech Support Manager, who will hopefully already know Porsches and will be responsible for creating technical documentation (install instructions, descriptions updates, descriptive photos, etc).

Level 1 & Level 2 Technical Support/Product Specialists – Aftermarket Automotive Industry

Compensation: Dependent on Skillset
Employment type: Full Time / On Site

Rennline Automotive is now seeking two technical support associates to help support our quickly growing organization. The right person should enjoy working in a fast paced and diverse work environment. Good communication skills, problem solving skills and a love for the automotive industry are a must have.

Minimum Requirements:

- Strong communication skills
- Strong Automotive Technical Knowledge. Knowledge of Porsches a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Must have a good attitude
- Very strong organizational skills
- Ability to create instructive technical documentation
- Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Product technical support by phone and email
- Creating customer facing documentation to prevent recurring questions
- Populate product management software and publish updates to our E-Commerce store
- Proofread descriptions and check published results

What Success Looks Like:

- Candidate shows up every day with a good attitude and a strong willingness to work
- Candidate enjoys talking to customers by phone and email
- Candidate enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
- Proofread descriptions and check published results

I toured their facility back in 2016. It is a high tech facility. It is a 25 hour drive each way for me. Vermont is a neat place to visit, but way to snowy and cold for me.

That is the place we visited! And I did park about there, I always park at the far edge of the lot.



We spent that night at a Bed and Breakfast called the Jolly Drayman. It is a German style pub and restaurant.

I did not take any pictures at Rennline. I do have some of Lake Champlain that we visited on that trip to see them.
