All I know is, don't be surprised when they arrest you for running around at night in tights and a cape.

The BIO stock that I am heavily invested in, and following will most likely be the production facility to get it to market first. IBIO stock has risen from 2.20 a share on last Monday to $6.89 a share currently. They use a plant base in their fastpharming, and are capable of multi-millions of doses. Their stock rocketed to $55 a share during the 2009 swine flu, and to $32 a share during it's relapse in 2014.

"The BIO stock that I am heavily invested in..."

I can imagine that there will be many companies, public and private, which might have a hand in vaccine manufacturing and delivery if one or more vaccines are proven safe and effective. Supply chains... even vendors of equipment and supplies that might be used to manufacture and quality test, packaging... all of that.

I can also imagine that there might or will be tremendous pressure on the management teams and key players-- really all employees in, for example the publicly-traded companies that are known to be involved in the process. Cybersecurity and other security challenges, and of course SEC and related legal/regulatory pressures, et cetera.

And tremendous pressure on government officials involved in the ongoing process of development, trials, manufacturing ramp and distribution planning... and so on. Some of them will have "insider information" on an ongoing basis.

I guess this is all part of Operation Warp Speed... here is a link to the HHS website on this topic:

https://www.hhs.gov/about/news/2020/06/16/fact-sheet-explaining-operation-warp-speed.html

I note that some activities are public and are not (perhaps yet) mentioned in their summary, so for example there are more companies that have received funds for vaccine development than those listed.

I imagine the HR and legal departments of many of the companies involved might be very busy for quite a while.

BTW and TOTALLY off topic here, but I'm blaming you for the algae I found in my pool today. I figure you somehow caused it by forcing me to make fun of people who can't get their pool properly sanitized. Thanks a lot RB!

And the worst part, my daughter turns 16 tomorrow and she's having friends over... to swim naturally. Here's hoping for rain and overcast!

I think you need to do an immediate SLAM and keep doing it until OCLT is less than one PPM FC. Run your pump 24/7. And buy a FAS-DPD based kit.

cabmandone 07-20-2020 05:31 PM

LOL!!!
You are not wrong sir. But I don't worry about the OCLT. I'm a renegade. My FC is at 16 right now. I've been gradually bringing it up to that level while running my pool bot to keep the stuff in suspension. I pull the bot while it's in suspension and raise the pool from around 8-10 up to 16 by adding the last gallon and a half right as it's getting dark out. No sun eating the chlorine... just the nasty stuff that's now floating around in a highly chlorinated environment.

I have my pool pump programmed to run 24/7 at low speed. Apparently, the filters are actually much more effective at lower speeds! The only thing better at high speed are the skimmers & mixing chemicals. I run about 2 hours at high speed (100 GPM) on the pool, 1/2 hour on the spa (circulate that line) and the rest of the time on low (40 GPM).

Don't forget to brush daily! SmileWavy
